How do I reset my AIO Admin password?

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email associated with your account, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I add a new user to the dashboard?

To add a new user, go to the "User Management" section in your dashboard settings. Click "Add User," fill in the required details such as the user’s name, email, and role, and then click "Save." The new user will receive an email invite with instructions on how to log in.

How can I generate a custom report?

Navigate to the "Reports" section in the dashboard. Select the data points you want to include, choose the date range, and apply any filters. Once you're satisfied, click "Generate Report." You can download the report as a CSV or PDF file or schedule automatic reports to be sent via email.

How can I customize my dashboard layout?

To customize your dashboard, navigate to the “Dashboard Settings” in the top right corner. From there, you can add, remove, and rearrange widgets by dragging and dropping them. You can also save multiple dashboard views for different use cases and switch between them as needed.

How do I integrate AIO with third-party apps?

AIO supports integrations with a variety of third-party apps. To set up an integration, go to the "Integrations" tab in the settings menu. Select the app you wish to integrate, follow the instructions for authentication, and map any relevant data fields between AIO and the external service.

Why am I not receiving notifications from AIO?

First check your notification settings by going to the “Notification Preferences” in your account settings. Ensure that the correct channels (email, SMS, or push) are enabled. After, make sure AIO is whitelisted in your email client and that SMS notifications are not being blocked by your service provider.
